Job Title: Assistant Manager – Larkhall

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Assistant Manager to support the Shop Manager in running our Larkhall shop. You will help drive sales, manage stock, and lead a team of volunteers, ensuring a welcoming and efficient shopping experience.
Eligibility
- Applicants must be 18 years of age or over.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in achieving sales targets and maximising Gift Aid contributions
* Support stock management, pricing, and merchandising standards
* Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers
* Help organise cover for staff and volunteer absence
* Attend team meetings and relevant training
Person Specification:
* Strong organisational and leadership skills
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities
* Retail or customer-facing experience preferred
* Ability to motivate and manage a team of volunteers
Pay: £12.88 per hour
