Full-time support workers required for day shifts at Station Rd, Marks Tey CO6 1EE
Driver and own car preferred due to locations and need to take clients out
Working on residential site with adults with learning disabilities and autism
Experience preferable
Person-centred values, patience, compassion and excellent communication skills essential
Rates of pay £12.82 ph, over-time available
Duties:
Meal preparation, trips out, personal care, administering medication, client laundry, client paperwork, attending appointments, following emergency procedures, handling client monies and budgets
Adhering to all SALT guidelines, medication and care plans, safe-guarding, CQC and internal policies
Liasing with medical staff, social services, professional visitors, client families

Pay: £12.82 per hour
