Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks across designated areas, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors.
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms by sanitizing sinks, toilets, mirrors, and replenishing supplies as needed.
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in accordance with waste management protocols.
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and fixtures to ensure clarity and shine.
- Use commercial cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently to achieve high standards of hygiene.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure consistent quality across all areas.
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as floor buffers or carpet cleaners is advantageous.
- Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled hours.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning procedures.
