Client Success Manager
We're hiring a Client Success Manager to own client relationships, drive retention, and ensure customers hit their goals with our product/service.
Responsibilities:
- Onboard new clients and manage handoffs
- Run regular check-ins
- Handle client coms and work requests
- Identify upsell/renewal opportunities
- Resolve issues and escalate when needed
- Track account health and report on metrics
Requirements:
- 2+ years in client success, account management, or similar type of role
- Excellent written English and verbal communication
- Comfortable with CRM, task management and AI tools
- Very Proactive, organized, self-directed
- Can work into your work/personal times, BUT you must be available week days to reply to clients
- We are an agency, so no agencies need apply, we want freelancers or permanent people only
Nice to have:
- SaaS/agency experience
- Familiarity with Amazon is a major plus
- familiarity with Google AdWords, TikTok, Walmart, Mata also a plus
Details:
- Hours: 25-40 hours a week, could be part or full time
- Client facing role
Pay: £24,681.34-£30,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bristol BS1
