Job Summary
Join our growing, wellbeing clinic in Brighouse. We're looking for a friendly, passionate Beauty Therapist who genuinely enjoys helping clients feel relaxed, confident and cared for. If you're proud of your treatment standards and love delivering exceptional massage, facials, nails and beauty treatments, we'd love to hear from you.
You will deliver a range of beauty treatments while maintaining exceptional levels of hygiene, professionalism and customer care. We are looking for someone who is passionate about the industry and committed to delivering consistent, high-quality treatments.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional beauty treatments including massage, facials, lash and brow treatments, and skincare services
- Provide professional nail services including BIAB, gel polish applications, maintenance treatments and basic nail art where required
- Conduct thorough client consultations to recommend suitable treatments and aftercare
- Maintain excellent hygiene, cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the salon
- Ensure every client receives a relaxing, professional and high-quality experience
- Keep accurate client records and treatment notes
- Support the promotion of retail products and services where appropriate
- Maintain a tidy and organised treatment space at all times
- Contribute positively to a professional and supportive working environment
The Ideal Candidate
- Level 3 Beauty Therapist preferred (Level 2 considered with strong salon experience)
- Strong attention to detail and high treatment standards
- Excellent communication and customer care skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Reliable, organised and able to manage appointments efficiently
- Passionate about the beauty industry and committed to developing skills
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Experience and confidence in nail services, including BIAB, gel polish applications and nail art, would be highly advantageous.
