Senior Bid Writer – Projects (MEP)
Location: Hybrid role. Office based 2-days per week at one of our Walsall or Solihull branches
Reports to: Bid Manager

The Role
We are seeking an experienced bid writer to lead high-quality submissions for mechanical, electrical, renewable and fabric services, predominantly in the Facilities Management and Independent & Supported Living sectors. You will need to be confident managing the entire bid process from start to finish, leading multiple bids within tight deadlines and coordinating involved departments.

Skills & Experience Required
- a high standard of writing
- Bid writer experience, preferably in M&E, maintenance, property services, construction
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent written communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organisational and project management capability
- High attention to detail
