U Drive Cover Limited are expanding and we are currently looking for a Customer Service/Cancellation Agent to join our team. We have big plans for the future and our employees play a vital part in this - we want to become a leading insurance broker.
Please see below a brief description of the job:
- Answer enquiries from customers regarding their insurance policies.
- Ensure all enquiries are explored in accordance with legislation, regulations and customer care standards.
- Complete necessary processes and document these to ensure enquiries for service areas are accurately recorded.
- Responsible for handling deadlines for both Customer and Insurers.
- Responsible for dealing with potential customer complaints and ensuring they are handled appropriately.
- Dealing with Companies with regarding to financial issues and queries
- Use IT systems to record details of actions taken and services provided.
Although not essential, the ideal candidate may have:
- Experience in a similar role.
- Good verbal and written skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and demanding environment, where deadline are essential to your daily role.
- Must be able to work shifts.
