An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our well-established, modern, and forward-thinking practice in Shoreham-by-Sea. We are looking for a Specialist Orthodontist — or a dentist with a demonstrable specialist interest in orthodontics — to take over an existing, well-maintained patient list from a valued colleague who is moving on after many years with us.
This is a rare chance to step into a fully established orthodontic patient base with minimal ramp-up time, supported by a fabulous, friendly team and one of the most well-equipped practices in the area.
We are flexible on scheduling but would ideally welcome you for one day per week, preferably Monday. Other days can be accommodated for the right candidate — we are committed to finding an arrangement that works for you.
We also offer the flexibility to work from our Brighton practice if that is more convenient geographically — both sites are equally well-equipped and supported by the same great team ethos.
We are a modern, computerised, 7-surgery practice. Our team is stable, supportive, and built around delivering outstanding care with warmth and professionalism.

WHAT THE ROLE INVOLVES
· Continuing care for an established, well-maintained orthodontic patient list — you are taking over an existing caseload, not building from scratch
· Providing high-quality private orthodontic treatment — the majority of cases are Invisalign, with fixed appliance cases also forming part of the caseload
· Collaborating closely with the wider dental team including our in-house specialists

REQUIREMENTS
· GDC registration (required)
· Listed on the GDC Specialist Register in Orthodontics, or able to demonstrate a significant and verifiable specialist interest in orthodontics
· Experience with fixed orthodontic appliances is important — candidates must be confident managing fixed appliance cases
· Invisalign proficiency is essential — the majority of the current caseload is Invisalign-based
· Ability to commute reliably to Shoreham-by-Sea BN43 5ZD or Brighton BN2 9NE, or plans to relocate before starting
