We're building the UK's most results-driven 11+ preparation programme - and we need exceptional people to make it happen. Not teachers. Not tutors. Education Operators.
ABOUT THIS ROLE
This is a Weekend Role (Saturday & Sunday only). We'll give you the curriculum, the materials, the students, and the system. Your job is to deliver it brilliantly and make sure every child in your cohort gets through.
We hope to maintain our 100% pass rate. That's not a tagline. It's the standard.
WHY THIS ROLE IS UNLIKE ANY OTHER
Most tutoring is chaotic - you find your own students, write your own lessons, chase your own payments, and hope for results.
This is the opposite. We've built the system. You run it.
Curriculum: Designed and tested. You deliver, not create.Students: Pre-enrolled, motivated, fee-paying families who want results.Income: £100/hour, guaranteed, paid weekly, with the potential to earn up to £2,000 per weekend once performance bonuses are factored in.Results: When your students pass, you're paid a bonus for every single one, and if your whole cohort goes 100%, that bonus doubles.Flexibility: Saturday and Sunday, two days that change everything for your income.

WHAT YOUR WEEKEND WILL LOOK LIKE
8:00am - You arrive. Coffee in hand. Doors open at 8:20 - the team's already buzzing.
8:30am - Year 4 Group, Session 1. 20-25 students, your assistants alongside you. You run the System. It works.
9:45am - Year 4 done for the morning. Quick reset.
10:00am - Year 5 Group A arrives. A different set of faces - 20-25 more students. Two and a quarter hours to make real progress.
12:15pm - Lunch. You mark last week's mock papers while eating.
12:45pm - Year 5 Group B, an entirely different cohort. Fresh energy needed. You bring it.
3:00pm - Group B done. One girl nails a question she's been struggling with for 3 weeks. You actually celebrate.
3:15pm - Year 4's second group of the day arrives. Last session - you finish strong.
4:30pm - Teaching's done.
4:30–5:00pm - Debrief the parents for each of the groups. You and the team run through progress notes together before heading home.
Sunday is a repeat. Entirely different students. Different energy. And it never gets boring.
THE PERFECT CANDIDATE
You have a strong academic background (degree-educated — ideally top university).
You have verifiable knowledge of 11+ content: Verbal Reasoning, NVR, Maths, English.
You are organised, reliable, and think in systems.
You have taught, tutored, or coached before - and loved the results.You understand that following a great system is a skill, not a limitation.
You can manage a room of 20-25 children alongside assistants with authority and warmth.
You managed to pass the 11+ yourself and went to a grammar school.
You can spell.......... (seriously, some of the applications we get!) ;)

THE NITTY GRITTY
Location: Solihull if local or Online
Hours: Saturday & Sunday, 8:00am–5:00pm (doors open 8:20am, teaching runs 8:30am–4:30pm, debrief 4:30–5:00pm)
Pay: £100/hour base, paid weekly - plus a results bonus for every student who passes, doubled if your cohort achieves a 100% pass rate.
Top performers can earn up to £2,000 per weekend.Start: ASAP
