- Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services that meet customer needs and enhance their experience
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette by actively listening and providing timely solutions
- Analyze customer feedback and inquiries to identify trends or areas for process improvement
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery across all channels
Experience
- Prior experience in customer service or call center roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail and accuracy
- Multilingual skills, especially fluency in Spanish and English, are highly desirable
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude
- Knowledge of phone etiquette best practices and excellent analysis skills for problem-solving
- Experience in upselling or cross-selling products/services is a plus
