Care Assistant – Northfield
Location: Northfield & Surrounding Areas
Hours:
- Monday to Friday: Evening Shift – 3:00pm to 10:00pm
- Weekend: 1 Long Day – 6:00am to 10:00pm
Pay: £13.00 per hour (Drivers only)
Mileage: 30p per mile

You must be a driver with access to your own vehicle to be considered for this role.
About the Role
At Nationwide Care Services, we provide high-quality care and practical support to vulnerable people within their own homes, helping them remain safe, independent, and comfortable in the community.
As a Care Assistant, you will support our service users with daily living tasks while building meaningful relationships and making a positive difference to their lives every day.
No previous community care experience is required, as we provide full training and ongoing support. If you have a caring nature, patience, and a positive attitude, we'd love to hear from you.

Your Responsibilities
- Assisting with meal preparation
- Supporting with personal care, including bathing, showering, toileting, and continence care
- Completing light household duties such as laundry, washing up, and vacuuming
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Maintaining accurate daily care records and documentation
- Promoting independence while delivering person-centred care
What We're Looking For

Previous care experience is welcomed but not essential, as full in-house training will be provided.
