Following the success of our previous Academy intake, we're looking for another ambitious individual to join our growing Commercial Team.
About the Role
- Assist with the commercial management of live construction projects.
- Measure and value completed works.
- Prepare subcontract enquiries, comparisons and orders.
- Support client applications and valuations.
- Assess subcontractor applications and payments.
- Monitor project costs and commercial risks.
- Attend project meetings and site visits.
- Build relationships with clients, subcontractors and operational teams.
- Work alongside the Estimating Department on tenders and pre-construction activities

About You
- Graduate, HNC/HND, T Level or apprentice in a construction-related discipline, or around 12 months' commercial experience.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good Microsoft Excel skills.
