About the Role
Hybrid is growing, and our commercial team needs to grow with it. We're looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of the commercial management of major projects and accounts, from award through to final account.
You'll also provide commercial support to our existing Transport for London maintenance contract and National Highways works, and go on to support future installation projects and maintenance contracts as our portfolio grows.
This is a genuine opportunity to build long-term commercial capability within a business that's scaling up, and to be trusted with a high-value, high-profile project from the outset.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading commercial management of major projects
- Preparing monthly applications for payment and cost reports
- Managing subcontractor accounts and supporting procurement
- Handling change control, compensation events and variations
- Cost reporting, forecasting and commercial risk management
- Liaising directly with clients and subcontractors
- Helping to improve commercial processes across the wider business
About You
You'll thrive in this role if you have:
- A degree or HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management (preferred)
- Experience working within NEC contracts
- A background in civil engineering, electrical infrastructure or highways
- Strong knowledge of applications for payment and final accounts
- Excellent commercial awareness and good negotiation skills

Pay: £55,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
