We’re proud of the work we do, and right now we’re looking for Support Workers to join our teams at Tayview and Annaty, Residential services in Perth. Each of the people we support have their own private apartments. Our Support Workers meet the physical and emotional needs of our residents and support their general day to day activities around the home, improving and making a difference to their everyday lives.
The Role – Support Worker
You’ll be supporting people with complex disabilities to live independently and enjoy life to the fullest in our bright, purpose-built residential settings. Both Tayview and Annaty have access to our beautiful grounds, a hydrotherapy pool, rebound therapy suite and an accessible gym, it’s a fantastic place to work – and even more exciting with new premises and facilities on the way, meaning you can grow with us and really help shape the future of our service for the people we support.
No two days are the same. You might be:
- Helping with personal care, dressing, medication and mealtimes
- Supporting in-house or community activities like arts and crafts, games, or trips to the cinema, football or shopping
- Working one-to-one or in group care, as part of our dedicated team of Support Workers
- Customer observations and development of care plans, documentation of care provided, reporting any changes in customer condition in line with training.
Hours: Up to 37 per week (full-time, part-time and relief available – shift working). As a 24/7 service, we offer a variety of day-shift, backshift-shift and a limited number of nightshift options. These roles includes evening and weekend commitments.

About You
We are looking for individuals who:
- Have a caring, compassionate and person-centred approach
- Are flexible and able to work a rotational shift pattern, including evenings, weekends and nights
- Have experience supporting adults with disabilities in community, care or residential support settings
- Willingness to travel to our service and throughout the wider community.
Mileage expenses are paid for work-related travel.
Additional Information
Manual Driving Licence and access to a vehicle – preferred
