Overview
We are seeking a proactive and organised Office Junior/Administrator to join our team. Duties
- Assist with general administrative tasks including filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct enquiries appropriately
- Maintain and update electronic and physical filing systems
- Organise meetings, appointments, and schedules for team members
- Support the team with ad hoc administrative duties as required
Experience
- Previous office or administrative experience is desirable but not essential; training will be provided
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
- Experience with data entry and clerical tasks
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy
- Good communication skills, including phone etiquette and written correspondence
