Morecare Cleaning is looking for an experienced, reliable and highly trustworthy Part-Time Cleaner / Housekeeper to join our team, working with private clients in the Lavant / North Chichester area of West Sussex.

About the role
We are initially looking for someone to care for and maintain a private client's home in the Lavant area. As our client base in the area grows, we will actively look to offer additional hours to the right person. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced cleaner or housekeeper looking for a small number of regular daytime hours with a trusted company and private clients.
The role will initially involve approximately 4–6 hours per week, ideally spread across Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday daytime, while the homeowners are at work.
Duties will include:
-Thorough cleaning and presentation of the home
-General housekeeping duties, dusting, vacuuming, mopping and cleaning bathrooms and kitchen
-Laundry and ironing
-General tidying and maintaining a high standard of order throughout the home, taking pride in the finer details and ensuring the home is consistently presented to a very high standard
-Other reasonable housekeeping duties as required
About you: We are looking for someone who takes genuine pride in their work and understands the level of trust involved in working in a private family home.
You will need to be: Highly reliable and dependable, experienced in cleaning and/or housekeeping within private homes. Meticulous and exceptionally attentive to detail. Trustworthy and comfortable being entrusted with house keys. Discreet and able to maintain absolute confidentiality. Professional, polite and respectful of clients' homes and privacy. Organised and able to work independently without supervision. Able to provide excellent references. Someone who takes pride in consistently delivering a high standard of work. Previous experience caring for and maintaining similar private homes or working closely with families would be highly advantageous.
