Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Beautician to join our friendly and professional team.
The ideal candidate will be a confident all-round beauty therapist with strong practical skills across a range of treatments, particularly massage, facials and waxing. You will be responsible for providing high-quality treatments while ensuring every client receives an excellent experience from the moment they arrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of professional beauty treatments to a consistently high standard
- Carry out treatments including massage, facials, waxing including Hollywood & Brazilian, manicure & pedicure and other general beauty services
- Consult with clients to understand their individual needs and recommend suitable treatments and products
- Provide warm, professional and attentive customer service
- Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation
- Ensure treatment rooms and working areas are properly prepared and maintained
- Build strong relationships with clients and encourage repeat visits
- Keep up to date with beauty treatments, techniques, products and industry trends
- Support and assist junior members of the team when required
- Work positively as part of a busy and supportive salon team
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2 years' professional salon experience preferred
- Strong all-round beauty therapy skills
- Confident and experienced in massage, facials, manicure / pedicure and waxing
- NVQ Level 2 or above, or equivalent beauty qualification, preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Good spoken English and the ability to communicate confidently with clients
- Professional, reliable and well-presented
- Able to work efficiently in a busy salon while maintaining excellent attention to detail
- A genuine passion for the beauty industry and delivering high-quality treatments
Working Hours
Full-time and part-time applications are welcome.
For part-time applicants, availability on both Fridays and Saturdays is essential.
