Duties

- Assist in food preparation tasks when needed, adhering to food safety standards
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in all service areas
- Manage guest inquiries promptly, providing exceptional guest services that exceed expectations
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant settings, with a strong focus on serving and customer service
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for handling bills, payments, and change accurately
- Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is a plus, especially culinary experience
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours
