As a BAFE accredited company we strive on delivering the best quality workmanship for our valued customers. We are actively recruiting for an experienced Fire Alarm Systems Engineer with a proven track record.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation & maintenance of fire alarm systems in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
- Testing & Maintenance of emergency lighting systems in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with fire alarm systems.
- Provide technical support to customers as needed.
- Keep accurate records of all work completed.
- Training will be provided on our mobile software app.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum experience of 2 years in Fire Alarm Engineering
- Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.
- Knowledge of fire alarm system installation techniques, equipment, and tools.
- An understanding of Health & Safety at work.
- Ability to hold an autonomous role and demonstrate excellent time management.
- High levels of literacy, verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer literate
- Good professional representation of the company
- Exceptional customer service.
- Must be flexible, enthusiastic and have a can do attitude.
- Will be required to work as part of an on call rota system (inc weekends)
- Submission of relevant paperwork in a timely manner thorugh our online software
- Be smart in appearance
- Full clean driver’s licence
Desirable:
- Knowledge of Siemens, Advanced, Kentec, Morley, C-Tec
- Knowledge of BS5266
- BS5839 Certification or equivalent
- Any other certificates and qualifications
- Electrical Experience
Job Type: Full Time (40hrs per week), Permanent, Monday to Friday
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 -Negotiable depending on experience
