Duties
- Assist residents with personal care routines such as bathing, dressing, and grooming during night shifts
- Monitor residents’ health status by observing changes and reporting any concerns promptly to the nursing team
- Support residents in mobility and repositioning to prevent bedsores and ensure comfort
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided, including vital signs and daily observations
- Ensure a safe environment by adhering to safety protocols and responding swiftly to emergencies or incidents
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents during overnight hours
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless, person-centered care that respects individual needs and preferences
Requirements
- Previous experience in healthcare or caregiving roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen attentively and respond compassionately
- Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining high standards of care
- Flexibility to work full-time overnight hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
- Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to healthcare settings
- Must possess the legal right to work in the country; sponsorship is not available for this position
