Nick Tart Lettings are looking for an organised and proactive Tenancy Coordinator to join our team in Telford.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in delivering a high standard of service to both landlords and tenants.
Working closely with our tenancy management team, you will play a key role in supporting the day to day management of our property portfolio. This is a varied position covering inspections, compliance, maintenance coordination and tenancy administration.
You will be an important part of the business, helping ensure our properties, tenancies and records are managed efficiently while delivering a positive experience for our landlords and tenants.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete detailed inventory reports for properties
- Conduct and document check out inspections
- Schedule and attend routine property inspections
- Manage maintenance requests and liaise with contractors
- Support tenancy renewals and end of tenancy administration
- Prepare notice letters and maintain accurate tenancy records
- Assist with rent collection and arrears administration
- Oversee key management and maintain accurate records
- Monitor certificate renewals and support compliance processes
- Provide general administrative support to the lettings team
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloads effectively
- A confident communicator with strong customer service skills
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Proactive and willing to take ownership of tasks
- Competent using Microsoft Office and agency software systems
Previous experience in lettings or property management would be advantageous, although training can be provided for the right person.
Pay: From £12.71 per hour
