About the Role
We build custom joinery and furniture for weddings, events, and set/production work — everything from statement backdrops to bespoke furniture pieces. It's varied, hands-on work, and no two weeks look the same.
We're looking for an experienced Bench Joiner to join our workshop team, working from technical drawings and cutting lists. We're a friendly team and happy to support you as you settle in.
What You'll Be Doing
- Making bespoke joinery and furniture from drawings and cutting lists
- Assembling pieces to a good standard of accuracy and finish
- Using workshop machinery and hand tools safely
- Sanding, staining, and finishing work
- Keeping the workshop clean, tidy, and safe
What We're Looking For
- Experience as a Bench Joiner or in a similar woodworking role
- Comfortable reading technical drawings
- Good attention to detail
- Confident with workshop machinery and hand tools
- Able to work independently and hit deadlines
- Comfortable with manual handling of materials
Nice to Have
- Experience in bespoke or high-end joinery
- Carpentry/joinery qualifications
The Details
- Full-time, based at our workshop in Bradford
- Shift pattern to be discussed at interview
- Workshop-based — no site work
