About Us
Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, we are seeking skilled and dedicated labourers to join our team to work on a wide range of upcoming projects throughout Scotland and North East England. Projects will include refurbishment projects, insurance reinstatement works and maintenance services.
Role Overview
As a key member of our labouring team, the ideal candidate will have construction experience working along the various trades in a similar role. You will be responsible for delivering high-standard workmanship, maintaining professionalism on site, and ensuring that every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering materials to site
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Carry out strip out works
- Liaise with Contract Managers, Site Supervisors and other trades to support smooth project delivery
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
- Adhere to company health & safety policies at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Full UK driving license and valid to drive in the UK
- Ability to perform labouring duties to a high standard
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to work away from home
