Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Domestic Deep Cleaning Operative to join our professional cleaning team. This role involves delivering high-quality cleaning services within private homes, ensuring a hygienic and welcoming environment for clients. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness. Previous experience in janitorial, hotel, or commercial cleaning is advantageous, along with skills in cooking and customer service. Duties
- Perform thorough deep cleaning of domestic properties, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
- Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment to achieve optimal results
- Ensure all surfaces are sanitised and surfaces are left spotless
- Manage laundry duties such as washing, drying, and organising linen when required
- Assist with organising supplies and maintaining cleaning equipment
- Provide excellent customer service by respecting clients’ property and privacy
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment
- Occasionally prepare simple meals or organise kitchen areas as part of the cleaning service (if required)
Qualifications
- Prior experience in janitorial, hotel, or commercial cleaning is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
- Good organisational skills with an eye for detail
- Ability to work independently and efficiently within allocated timeframes
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional manner
- Basic cooking skills are desirable but not mandatory
- Reliable transportation or access to public transport to reach client locations
- A positive attitude and commitment to delivering high standards of cleanliness
