The store has a rich history of catering to motorcyclists' clothing needs, dating back over 15 years, and features a spacious two-level store that allows us to offer an extensive selection of motorcycle clothing and gear tailored to motorcyclists' specific needs.
As one of the UK's leading retailers of motorcycle helmets, clothing, and accessories, we've proudly served motorcycle riders for 25 years. With 17 stores across the UK and a comprehensive online retail website, we have a team of over 150 people dedicated to delivering exceptional service.

What you’ll be doing:
As a Retail Sales Advisor, you'll be the face of the store, helping riders find the right kit, building genuine relationships, and driving sales in a fast-paced specialist environment.
- Deliver exceptional face-to-face customer service
- Understand customer needs and recommend the perfect products
- Hit individual and team sales targets
- Keep the store looking great and stock well presented
- Learn about leading brands and share that knowledge confidently
What we are looking for:
We're looking for someone passionate about learning and dedicated to making our customers happy. You should be confident, enthusiastic, and thrive in a busy retail environment.
A strong command of the English language is also required. While a motorcycle license isn't required, it's a big plus!
Previous customer service experience is essential, and experience in the motorcycle retail sector would be ideal.
Don't worry if you're not a product expert yet – full training on our range is provided.

About the role:
- Full-Time - 37.5 hours per week, Permanent
