Harmony Homecare Suffolk are currently looking to recruit an experienced Care Co-Ordinator to join our team based in Newmarket. We are a homecare provider offering care across Suffolk and Cambridgeshire.
The ideal candidate would have extensive experience within care coordination for service users living within their own homes. You would also ideally have a social care background.

Duties include:
- Coordinating/managing the homecare assistants rota and schedules
- Providing support to homecare assistants
- Maintaining a good working relationship with service users and homecare assistants
- Liaising with service users, families and professionals
- Covering sickness and holidays
- Liaising with the management team to enable company growth

Other Requirements:
- Driving License is essential
- Holding the on-call phone on a weekly rota basis
- The ability to attend care calls when require for the needs of the business
