We’re looking for a Production Operative to join our manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll help keep our production lines running smoothly and efficiently. You’ll work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high standards of safety and quality at all times.
Operate planned equipment to specified SOPs, ensuring quality is maintained.
Monitor production processes, troubleshoot issues, and minimize downtime.
Collaborate with supervisors and managers to meet production targets.
Report faults and quality issues promptly to relevant teams.
Follow SOPs and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Maintain PPE and report defects immediately.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a tidy workspace.
Be flexible to work in other areas and overtime when required.
