HomeLink Healthcare is looking for an experienced Community Physiotherapist to join our growing Private Healthcare Service, delivering consultant and GP-led rehabilitation to patients across London.
Working with referrals from leading private consultants, independent hospitals, GPs and healthcare providers, you'll support patients in the comfort and privacy of their own homes, combining outstanding clinical expertise with an exceptional patient experience.
This role is ideal for Physiotherapists with specialist experience in community frailty and orthopaedic rehabilitation who are passionate about helping people achieve their recovery goals, regain independence, and maintain quality of life, while developing meaningful and trusting relationships with patients and their families.

About the Role
As a Community Physiotherapist Private Healthcare, you will deliver specialist physiotherapy and rehabilitation within patients' own homes, ensuring every patient receives safe, responsive and personalised care throughout their recovery.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering high-quality physiotherapy assessment, treatment and rehabilitation in patients' homes
- Developing personalised rehabilitation programmes tailored to individual goals
- Supporting recovery following surgery, illness or injury
- Promoting independence, mobility and confidence
- Monitoring progress and adapting treatment plans where appropriate
- Educating and supporting patients and their families throughout rehabilitation
- Building trusted relationships through excellent communication and compassionate care
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and professional records
- Working collaboratively with private consultants, GPs and the wider multidisciplinary team
- Delivering an exceptional patient experience through professionalism, responsiveness and attention to detail
About You
You're an experienced HCPC Registered Physiotherapist who enjoys working autonomously and is passionate about delivering outstanding community rehabilitation.
Alongside excellent clinical skills, you'll understand the importance of providing a seamless, reassuring and highly personalised experience for every patient and family.
You will have:
- Current HCPC Registration
- A minimum of three years' post-registration experience within community, rehabilitation, acute or private physiotherapy services
- Excellent clinical assessment and rehabilitation skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- A calm, compassionate and professional approach
- Confidence working independently within the community
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Experience in Private Healthcare
Experience working within private healthcare or delivering rehabilitation to privately funded patients is desirable. You'll understand the importance of delivering an exceptional patient experience, building trusted relationships and providing responsive, personalised care.

- Manual handling and rehabilitation techniques
- Ability to work safely and independently within a community setting
