Duties
- Perform professional haircuts, coloring, styling, and treatments tailored to each client’s preferences and features
- Provide specialized services such as eyelash extensions and makeup application to enhance overall look
- Offer personalized consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable hairstyles or products
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to health and safety standards
- Assist at the front desk by scheduling appointments, managing client flow, and upselling retail products
- Mentor junior team members by sharing techniques and best practices to foster skill development
- Build lasting relationships with clients through attentive service and effective communication
Requirements
- Proven experience in hairstyling, barbering, or related beauty services with a strong portfolio of work
- Excellent communication skills to connect with clients and team members effectively
- Knowledge of store management principles to support daily operations and customer service excellence
- Skills in upselling beauty products and additional services to enhance revenue opportunities
- Ability to perform eyelash extensions and makeup application with precision and care (nice-to-have)
