Position: Learner Retention Executive (part time)
Working pattern: 3 Days per week
Location: Remote
Salary: Up to £30,000 pro-rata depending on experience

Do you have experience of providing front line support to learners with empathy and excellent communication, keeping them engaged and informed each step of the way? This role is critical in the initial phases of all learners' journeys by engaging and supporting them after their enrolment and prior to joining their upcoming qualification cohort.
Key elements of the role includes...
Proactively work to reduce pre-apprenticeship churn through regular touch points, support, advice and guidance
Support Performance Lead Managers and Tutor Assessors to retain apprenticeship learners identified through the LARS (Learners at risk) process
Monitor learner engagement and commitment to through regular check-ins, via emails, and calls, ensuring they stay engaged and motivated
Respond to queries and be the first line response for all complaints
Send timely communication to post enrolment learners, pre their cohort start date to ensure commitment to programme
Proactively call learners at key touch points of their onboarding journey
Provide personalised solutions and support to maintain positive engagement
Track and monitor retention metrics such as churn rates and satisfaction levels
Use empathetic and active listening to understand the root of the problem and offer practical solutions
Work closely with Head of Customer Strategy to share insights and collaboratively address learner needs
What we need from you...
. GCSE Grade A-C in English and math
. Proven experience of successfully handling and resolving complaints
. Experience of supporting and retaining learners
. Experience working within or knowledge of Dental Sector would be advantageous
. Knowledge and understanding of safeguarding practices, equality, diversity, and inclusion policies
. Effective interpersonal communication skills both written and verbal
. Ability to build rapport with internal stakeholders, learners and employers
. Resilient, empathetic, and patient when working with learners facing challenges
. Technologically astute with programmes such as Bud, Salesforce, Smart Assessor, Dot Digital etc
