Cobb's are Scotland's leading hospitality company, supporting tourist destinations across the country with all their hospitality/retail needs. We are looking to add an enthusiastic individual to our team at the Callander Gift Co.
The position can be either full or part-time for the right candidate.

The responsibilities of the role would be: -
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information, demonstrate product features, and explain benefits
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Monitor and replenish stock on shelves
- Upsell products to increase sales revenue
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner
Candidates with previous retail experience would be preferred however training can be provided to the right person.
