Key responsibilities:
- Acting as the first point of contact for Online Executive Education programme enquiries, identifying prospects’ needs, interests and suitability.
- Proactively following up and prioritising leads, building relationships with prospective participants and progressing opportunities through the sales cycle.
- Providing consultations over teams call or regular phone call or similar platforms to applicants and assessing their suitability for programmes, recommending best fit, and effectively converting them to enrolled participants.
- Managing prospects and sales activity accurately through Salesforce, including lead scoring, prioritisation and tracking communications.
- Monitoring application and recruitment performance, identifying trends and producing reports for senior colleagues.
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with Online Executive Education alumni, corporate partners, and external stakeholders to encourage referrals and strengthen Oxford’s external reputation.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in business development and customer-facing sales. You will be comfortable building and maintaining relationships with senior executives, HR/L&D professionals and external stakeholders, with a track record of managing prospects through the full sales cycle and achieving commercial targets.
