Hours of Work: Mon Fri: 6:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, 22:00-6:00 rotating weekly
Job Purpose:
The Quality Operator will be responsible for the quality inspection and packing specification of the laminated (foiled) product as assigned to them by the Shift Co-ordinator.
Key Accountabilities:
- Carry out relevant quality checks / inspections on assigned products as required by the product quality plan.

Segregate all non-conforming products from good production.

Communicate information via the relevant communication channels.

Record all required information for checking / inspection operations as per company works instructions / procedures.

Agree and complete training and development requirements as determined by the Shift Co-ordinator and the training plan.

Perform specific quality Checks / Tests as determined by the product quality plan.

Pack laminated (foiled) products in accordance with the packing specification, as stated on the production schedule.

Ensure workplace is clean and tidy – all housekeeping procedures followed associated with tasks.

Adherence to all organisational policies, management systems and standard operational procedures, including legal responsibilities in relation to Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality.
Role Requirements:
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills.

Ability to use a PC at an operational level.

Strong communication skills.

Experience in product inspection is desirable but not necessary as full training will be provided.
