Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Bar Staff to join our vibrant team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve drinks and beverages accurately and efficiently to customers at the bar and tables
- Ensure all drinks are prepared in accordance with food safety standards and company policies
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces
- Engage with customers professionally, providing friendly and attentive service
- Manage cash register operations, including processing payments accurately
- Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth service throughout shifts
- Assist in setting up and closing down the bar area at the beginning and end of shifts
- Monitor customer behaviour to promote responsible drinking and adherence to licensing laws
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
- Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible serving practices is advantageous
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable manner
- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills
- Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively during busy periods
- Ability to work well under pressure in a lively environment
- A personable attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or during peak hours as required

Pay: £12.21-£15.00 per hour
