We are seeking a versatile and proactive Multi Skilled Operative to join our Family run, small construction company we are focused on achieving high results In all of our projects, we are based in Henley-on-Thames, most works are mainly on domestic homeowner properties, general projects include
Extensions
Renovations
Driveway / patios
Fit outs and alterations
Duties
Working in a team, taking direction by supervisor
Wooden stud walls / plaster boarding
Insulating / plastering repairing
Painting / General building
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to safety standards and quality controls
Experience
- Skilled in the use of hand tools (hammers, screwdrivers, chisels) and power tools (drills, saws, grinders)
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to construction sites
- Ability to read technical drawings or plans is advantageous but not essential
