As our nursery continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced, passionate, and inspiring Deputy Nursery Manager to help lead our dedicated team and play a key role in shaping the future of our setting.
Working alongside the Nursery Manager, you'll help create an exceptional environment where children flourish, staff feel supported, and high-quality care and education are at the heart of everything we do.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the day-to-day leadership and smooth running of the nursery
- Leading, motivating, and inspiring a dedicated team while modelling outstanding practice
- Supporting staff development through coaching, mentoring, and role modelling
- Driving high standards in safeguarding, curriculum delivery, and continuous quality improvement
- Building strong, positive relationships with children, families, and external professionals
- Taking responsibility for the nursery in the Manager's absence, ensuring safe, compliant, and effective operations
What We're Looking For
- A minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience as a Room Leader, Senior Practitioner, or in a similar leadership role
- Excellent knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding, and inclusive practice
- A confident, supportive leader who enjoys developing and inspiring others
- A positive, proactive attitude with a genuine passion for Early Years education
