Service Engineer
Complete welding services ltd is a well-established privately run, family business, with a strong customer network throughout the northwest, specialising in supply of industrial equipment, automated welding machines and welding gases. We are experiencing steady growth and are looking for a service engineer to join our company.
Based in Oldham, we currently have a vacancy for a service engineer.
This is an opportunity to join our growing sales & service driven organisation in an interesting and varied role. The successful candidate will be joining a forward-thinking company which offers continuous support and career progression.
The successful candidate will be required to repair and service all makes of welding machines and associated equipment
Key responsibilities are:
- Repair and servicing welding machines at our premises and at our customers premises.
- Ability to fault find.
- Working as part of a team
- Day-to-day communication with customers either in person or via telephone, email etc
- To be self-motivated and have good communication skills.
- Lease with sales staff regularly re-sales leads, customer requirements etc
Ideal candidate should have good engineering background in electrical and mechanical fields.
The successful candidate must have
- Electrical/electronic qualifications
- Mechanical background
- A knowledge of PLC/Pneumatics/Hydraulics would be an advantage
- IT literate
- Methodical and logical approach to work
- Clean Driving Licence
