Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Cocktail Bartender to join our team! In this role, you will craft innovative cocktails, serve guests with a positive attitude, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere. Your energy and attention to detail will help create unforgettable moments for our patrons while maintaining high standards of service and safety.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beverages, and non-alcoholic drinks with precision and flair
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards
- Verify guest IDs to ensure legal drinking age compliance
- Manage multiple drink orders efficiently using time management skills
- Keep track of inventory levels and communicate supply needs promptly
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations to uphold food safety standards
Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and responsible serving policies
- Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and measuring ingredients accurately
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy service periods
- Demonstrated hospitality skills with a positive, energetic attitude
- Familiarity with standard bar equipment and techniques is a plus
