Responsibilities

- Monitor customer health metrics using tools like Salesforce to identify opportunities for growth or areas requiring attention.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to review progress, address concerns, and identify upsell or renewal opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement.
- Analyze customer data to generate insights that inform strategic decisions and enhance overall satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer success or account management within the financial services industry or related fields.
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for tracking interactions and managing customer data.
- Excellent communication skills—able to clearly articulate complex concepts and actively listen to client needs.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data trends and develop actionable strategies.
- Familiarity with financial products, services, or compliance requirements is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred.

Pay: £58,000.00 per year
