About the Role
This role is for 22.5 hours per week, Monday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Friday, and occasional Saturdays on rota when required.
Customer experience is whatthis role is all about. Really making our customers feel welcome by engagingwith them and ensuring their experience of our business is overall professionaland positive. Greeting visitors and customers on arrival you will build arapport and listen to what they are looking for to be able to pass them over tothe relevant team member (e.g. Sales or Service). Offering refreshments,encouraging customers to browse the showroom and working closely with marketingstandards is an integral part to this role and our business to ensure theshowroom looks at its best.
