Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Supervisor with a positive and customer service focussed attitude to join our team.
Key Responsibilities;
- Supervise and coordinate daily Goods In and Picking operations to ensure efficient warehouse workflow.
- Ensure stock is accurately checked against supplier delivery notes and discrepancies are reported promptly.
- Manage order picking activities to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
- Allocate workloads and resources effectively to meet operational deadlines.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock checks and cycle counts.
- Investigate and resolve stock, picking, and receiving issues.
- Suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
- Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained across all warehouse areas.
- Manage compliance with manual handling procedures and safe operation of warehouse equipment.
- Train, coach, and develop team members to improve skills, performance, and operational efficiency.
Key Skills & Experience;
- Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory role, ideally within Goods In and Picking operations.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Good understanding of inventory control and stock management processes.
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good computer skills and competent with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Forklift licence desirable but not essential
