About the Role
As an Aviation Security Agent, you will play a vital role in supporting day-to-day airport operations while ensuring full compliance with aviation security regulations, airport procedures and company policies.
You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for passengers, airline personnel, airport employees and aircraft while delivering an exceptional level of customer service.
This role requires individuals who can remain calm under pressure, work effectively within a team and demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, security and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
Protecting aircraft and maintaining security while aircraft are on the ground.
Conducting baggage searches in accordance with aviation security requirements.
Carrying out access control duties within restricted airport areas.
Assisting passengers throughout the boarding process.
Supporting airline operations and passenger services.
Monitoring security procedures and reporting incidents or concerns to supervisors.
Working collaboratively with airline representatives, airport personnel and colleagues.
Delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
Complying with all airport regulations, aviation security requirements and company policies.
Maintaining excellent timekeeping, attendance and professional standards.
Undertaking any additional duties required to support operational requirements.
Candidate Requirements
We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate:
Previous experience in aviation, security or customer service (desirable but not essential).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A good standard of spoken and written English.
The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent attention to detail.
A flexible and adaptable approach to work.
The ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A professional attitude and a strong work ethic.
Security Clearance and Vetting Requirements
Due to the nature of the aviation industry, all successful applicants will be required to complete the necessary pre-employment screening and security clearance procedures.
Applicants must be able to provide:
A complete 5-year employment history.
A recent DBS certificate.
A successful Counter Terrorism Check (CTC).
Right-to-Work documentation.
Supporting documentation required to obtain airport security clearance and an airport identification pass.
