About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Customer Care Joiner to join our team. The successful candidate will travel to customers' homes carrying out remedial, maintenance, and warranty work to a high standard while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Attend customer homes to complete joinery repairs and adjustments.
- Carry out remedial and snagging works on new and existing properties.
- Repair and adjust doors, windows, kitchens, staircases, and internal finishes.
- Diagnose defects and provide effective solutions.
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
- Maintain a professional and courteous manner when dealing with customers.
- Complete relevant paperwork and reports accurately.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Joiner/Carpenter.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily appointments.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Pay: £17.00-£20.00 per hour
