Overview
We are seeking a versatile and skilled Multi Trader to join our dynamic construction and maintenance team. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of practical skills across various trades, enabling them to undertake diverse projects and repairs efficiently. This role offers the opportunity to work on multiple aspects of building and refurbishment projects, contributing to the successful completion of high-quality work in a timely manner. Duties
- Carry out carpentry tasks including framing, fitting, and finishing work
- Conduct construction painting, preparing surfaces and applying finishes as required
- Use hand tools and power tools effectively for various trade activities
- Fabricate custom components or modifications on-site as needed
- Assist in general maintenance tasks across multiple sites, ensuring all work complies with health and safety standards
Requirements
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools relevant to construction trades
- Ability to undertake fabrication tasks with precision and safety awareness
- Strong organisational skills with the capacity to manage diverse responsibilities simultaneously
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations within construction environments
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
- Valid relevant qualifications or certifications are preferred but not essential if demonstrated experience is substantial
- A proactive attitude with excellent problem-solving skills
