Linsco Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Floor Layer to work on a busy commercial project in Wockingham. The job is doing vinyl flooring
Role Responsibilities:
- Preparing subfloors using latex/self-levelling compounds
- Installing Luxury Vinyl Tiles (LVT) to a high standard
- Fitting carpet tiles accurately and efficiently
- Measuring, cutting, and laying flooring materials
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Following all site health & safety procedures
- Working to programme deadlines while delivering quality workmanship
Requirements:
- Proven experience with latex preparation, LVT installation, and carpet tile fitting
- Valid CSCS card (preferred/required if applicable)
- Own tools and full PPE
- Strong attention to detail and a good work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Available to start immediately
