Night Nurse Manager
We're looking for an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (NMC PIN required) to lead our night team. As the senior nurse on duty, you'll ensure outstanding clinical care, provide leadership to staff, and help maintain the highest standards of resident wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the night care and nursing team
- Ensure safe medication management and person-centred care
- Respond to clinical issues and emergencies
- Maintain accurate records and regulatory compliance
- Communicate with families and healthcare professionals
- Promote dignity, independence, and resident safety
What You'll Need
- Active NMC PIN
- Previous senior nursing or leadership experience (care home experience preferred)
- Excellent clinical, leadership, and communication skills
- A compassionate, professional approach
- Ability to work nights on a rota (33.75 hours per week)
