Campsite Assistant
Kibblestone International Scout Camp – Oulton, Staffordshire
Join the team at one of the UK’s longest-running outdoor adventure camps
Kibblestone District Scout Council manages the 98-acre Kibblestone outdoor Activities centre, set in the village of Oulton, Staffordshire. For over 90 years the site has provided outdoor adventure, learning and unforgettable experiences for young people and groups from across the UK and beyond.
We are now looking for an enthusiastic, practical and outdoor-loving person to join our small, friendly team.
This is a varied and active role — one day you could be instructing activities, the next maintaining woodland trails, preparing facilities for campers, or helping develop the site for the future. No two days are the same.
If you enjoy working outdoors, solving problems and helping young people gain confidence through adventure, this could be the perfect role for you.

- Grounds work — gardening, pathways, fencing, clearing debris and supervised tree work
