We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Warehouse & Production Operative to join our growing Operations team. This hands-on role supports both our warehouse and production (Gel Room), ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, produced, and dispatched accurately while maintaining our high standards of quality.
What You'll Do
- Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders.
- Receive and replenish stock.
- Prepare orders for courier collection.
- Fill, label, and package gel and cosmetic products.
- Carry out quality checks.
- Keep the warehouse and Gel Room clean, organised, and safe.
- Work as part of the Operations team to meet daily targets.
What We're Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Reliable, organised, and punctual.
- Good attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable with manual handling and being on your feet throughout the day.
Previous warehouse, fulfilment, production, or manufacturing experience is an advantage but not essential, as full training will be provided.
