Production Operative Required – Permanent Position
History Craft is a small independent, well-established business based in Cirencester, creating high-quality historical replicas, educational resources, and museum-grade artefacts. We’re looking for a hands-on, reliable Operator to support our workshop and production team.
All products are made by hand - Main roles will be mould making, resin casting from silicone moulds , sanding & finishing and staining. Other tasks include:
- Assist in the production and assembly of historical replicas and other products
- Use tools and materials safely
- Keep the workshop clean and organised
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders
- Follow templates, instructions, and quality control processes
- Report issues or shortages to the Senior Team Leader
- Work within a friendly, dedicated team
We are looking for a new team member who:-
- Has good practical, logical and manual skills
- Has a flexible approach to work
- Has strong attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Able to follow instructions and work independently
- Craft workshop or warehouse experience is an advantage
The role is 40 hours a week Mon – Thu 7.30 – 16.30 Friday 7.30 – 13.30
