Where You’ll Be Working
Situated in the heart of historic Tenterden village, the Vine is accessible by car and bus, and conveniently Kent Steam Railway and Tenterden Museum. What You’ll Do

Lead by example, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests and team members.

Support the General Manager with day-to-day operations, including opening and closing duties.

Motivate and coach the team to deliver outstanding service and uphold company standards.

Ensure the restaurant is clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety requirements.

Handle guest queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Contribute ideas to improve service and team performance.
